For plant heads and maintenance managers

Stop paying for machines that are doing nothing.

We show you which machines, lights and compressors are wasting power, while the shift is still on. Your team switches them off. You see the saving the next morning.

A typical day

Where a plant loses money in 24 hours.

Peak hours cost more per unit. Night costs less, but waste at night has no excuse.

What we find

Six leaks we look for first.

Each one comes with the fix and the person who makes it.

Idle machines

Powered up, making nothing.

Stop between batchesOperator · same shift

After-hours running

Lights, AC and blowers on after the shift.

Timer or switch-offSupervisor · same day

Compressors on no load

Running, but not making air.

Oversized motors

Big motor, small job, every hour.

Overworked machines

How it works

From meter to action in four steps.

1 · READ

Your meters

On every machine and utility.

2 · COLLECT

m-Gate

Keeps data safe, even if the network drops.

3 · SPOT

Minnotra EMS

Finds the waste and puts a ₹ on it.

4 · ACT

Your team

Gets the alert, switches it off. Saving logged.

Questions

What plant heads ask us.

Do we need new meters?

Usually not. The m-Gate reads most standard energy meters you already have. We add meters only where a machine has none.

Will my team be typing data all day?

No. Machine ratings and shift timings go in once at setup. Production figures can come from a quick shift form or straight from your ERP.

What if the internet goes down?

The m-Gate keeps recording and sends everything when the connection is back. Nothing is lost.

Does it help with ESG and energy audits?

Yes. The same data gives energy per unit, carbon emissions and your renewable share, ready for reports.
